Driven by principle rather than economics alone, the project attempts to solve several problems common in current development neighborhoods lacking character and livability and the complete elimination of Arizona's agricultural heritage. Allen Ranch - Allen Ranch is a very nice area with lots of big beautiful homes close to everything in Gilbert. Allen Ranch has several smaller groups of homes and specialized neighborhoods. My daughter has many friends that live in Allen Ranch and I have spent quite a bit of time getting a feel for it. I have shown many homes in Allen Ranch and they are very spacious with high ceilings and large family rooms and kitchens. Allen Ranch has several greenbelts in the community and it is located off of Gilbert Road on the west and runs between Pecos and Chandler Blvd or Williamsfield Rd. Greenfield Lakes - Grenfield Lakes is located in Gilbert, AZ and offers a variety of homes. This is a beautiful neighborhood with the Greenfield Golf Course. La Aldea - La Aldea is a community in Gilbert located off Guadalupe RD and Power RD. La Aldea has plenty of greenbelts and walking paths in the community. The homes are larger on a very small lot. The Islands – The Islands is a great lake subdivision in Gilbert, Arizona. When you view the subdivision page you will be able to see on a google map exactly where The Islands is located. It takes up a very large area South of Elliot RD and East of McQueen. This is and older subdivision of Gilbert and sports large trees and inviting lush parks. Whitewing At Higley not done) Whitewing at Higley has some beautiful homes. Whitewing is a gated community with tree lined streets. When you drive in it almost looks like a neighborhood from back East or on the East Coast. The trees are still small because of the newness of this subdivision, however, Whitewing is a neighborhood that offers a unique look and feel. There are celebrities that live in this subdivision and once you see it you will know why…a very highly desirable neighborhood with brick two story homes. Not your typical Gilbert Arizona homes!
