Hello. My name is Michelle Shelton. I am a REALTOR® in Gilbert, Arizona. Real Estate and people are my passion. I have clients all over the state and tend to sell a lot of Scottsdale Homes and I specialize in AZ Horse Property and AZ Luxury Homes. I have a team of agents that I coach and train to perform at a very high level to serve our clients.
I am extremely detailed and value high communication and education in all transactions. Anxiety comes from the unknown. The things humans make up about what could happen. Human beings are very creative and when left without valuable information, the mind teams up with the imagination and all sorts of frightening things can happen (in people's minds) this can cause you anxiety.

Arizona Horse Properties simply because years ago we purchased an AZ horse property and finding someone knowledgeable with all the special items such as septic systems, flood irrigation and wells was not easy. I also specialize in luxury and single family homes.
My team and I are looking to earn your business. My team consists of some great agents that take themselves on and coach with me several times a week. They must know how to educate and guide you through the process and communicate at a high level before they are given opportunities to work with my clients. I don’t consider myself a real estate sales person. I consider myself a marketing professional who will guide and educate you on the process and advise and create a solid partnership.
Although I work directly with a few referral clients, I do stay very hands on and know what is going on with each transaction. I have a team of agents that are trained and coached by me to serve you at a very high level. I am first and foremost a business owner. I own various online businesses and I am also a personal life and business coach.
Some people think it is not good to focus on multiple businesses, I disagree. I have a team of people supporting me in everything that I choose in to and my clients are just as selective as I am.
